During this practical course, you will be introduced to the most important tasks of a plumber. Among other things, you will cut copper pipes to size, bend, connect, and solder. You will also install a tap and lay a drain with a siphon. Theory and practice alternate throughout both days.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1609\" data-end=\"1652\"><strong data-start=\"1609\" data-end=\"1652\">Day 1 \u2013 Water pipes and connections<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1654\" data-end=\"1955\">You will learn how a drinking water installation is constructed and which materials and connections are used. Afterwards, you will get to work with copper pipe yourself. You will practice measuring, cutting, bending, crimping, and soldering. Subsequently, you will apply these techniques to connecting a washbasin tap.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1957\" data-end=\"1987\"><strong data-start=\"1957\" data-end=\"1987\">Day 2 \u2013 Drainage and sanitary facilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1989\" data-end=\"2318\">On the second day, we focus on drain pipes. You will learn how to install a proper drain and what to consider to prevent leaks and blockages. You will construct a drain with a siphon yourself and connect it to a washbasin.
